A new documentary series is currently in development in Western North Carolina focused on the region’s history, folklore, and firsthand accounts of paranormal activity.
Ghosted WNC will explore true stories from mountain residents who have experienced unexplained encounters. Producers are actively collecting submissions from individuals willing to share their experiences on camera. Detailed accounts including location, timing, what occurred, and whether others were present are preferred.
Brief stories can be submitted privately online and a Facebook group has been created to encourage ongoing conversations with respectful discussion that welcomes both belief and skepticism. Select stories will be filmed for in-depth interviews across the region this summer.
