National Night Out is an opportunity for our community to meet various public safety partners in person to strengthen relationships, build trust, and learn more about the work being done to keep Transylvania County safe.

Pedestrians met officers from the Brevard Police Department, Transylvania County Sheriff’s Office, and members of other local public safety agencies for an up-close look at emergency response vehicles while enjoying plenty of family-friendly activities including K-9 demonstrations, the sheriff’s drone team, public safety robots, and the county’s tactical rescue vehicle.
