Transylvania County Parks and Recreation Department
Bring a towel and get ready for a Super Soaked Saturday on Saturday, July 25 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. when the Transylvania County Parks and Recreation Department, located at 1078 Ecusta Road, temporarily turns into a free local water park.
Rain or shine, there will be water slides, music by DJ Dogg, and water, water everywhere for folks to enjoy.
Guests are encouraged to wear clothes and shoes that can get wet and to bring a towel as well as sunscreen, snacks, lawn chairs or blankets to take part of a Saturday dripping with free and cool family fun.
Snow cones and hot dogs will be available for purchase at the event, which is a collaboration between the Transylvania County Library, Transylvania County Parks & Recreation, and The Family Place.
