Transylvania County Tourism Development Authority releases 2026 Adventure Guide and new Waterfalls Map

The Transylvania County Tourism Development Authority has released its 2026 Adventure Guide with an updated approach that better reflects how people actually experience Transylvania County.
According to a news release, this year’s guide introduces a more editorial style than previous editions in order to help visitors forge a deeper connection with Transylvania County through new interactive elements such as bucket lists and to make it easier to plan meaningful experiences across the area’s outdoor landscapes and vibrant communities.
The TCTDA has also released a Waterfalls & Points of Interest Map designed to help visitors explore some of the county’s most iconic places. The map highlights 21 waterfalls and a waterfall guide that provides helpful details for each location in addition to local points of interest to make it easier to navigate those natural landscapes and nearby stops along the way.
The 2026 Adventure Guide and Waterfalls & Points of Interest Map are available now at the Brevard/Transylvania Visitor Center, local businesses, and various locations throughout the region. Copies can also be requested on the Explore Brevard website.
